Feb 25

This week I went to gymn everyday and worked out. I do 15 mins on the bike 15mins on the treadmill and 15min on the eliptycal. Next week Im going to try and move workout to 20 mins on each machine. Im eating better and staying within my points. I got weigh in today and lost 2lbs. Everyone lost weight so CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE !!!!

Tuesday Feb. 21

Well I decided to sign up for weight watchers yesterday. Hopefully this will help me lose weight. Im allow 26 points. My husband is allow 57.Lucky him. So I went to the senor center  and worked out for 30 mins.  Sat. is the big day to weigh in hopefully I lost a few pounds .We shall see.

I,m so frustrated I m not losing any wt. In matter of fact I seem to be putting it on. It seem the more I exercise the more weight I put on. I don,t know if I am eating to much or what but all I know I am always hungry.

Thursday the nineth

I didn,t do so good at lunch I kind of ate things I should not have. So after work I went to excerise I did the bike for 20 minutes and I did the treadmill for 15 minutes. I think this is going to be alot harder than I thought. Not the excerise it staying away from the junk food.

Watch out here I am !!

Well last week was a pretty rough week with being sick and my husband mom passing away. But now Im back and ready to shed those pounds. First thing I did was to sit down and have breakfast. Usually its just a cup of coffee.But I decided to have a bowl of oatmeal and a banana.I could not believe how much energy I had. Well the kids were sleeping I ran up and down the steps six to seven times. Wow was I tired!!!!! But I know it will get easier.

First Week

I was really excited about getting started and getting healthy when on Tuesday I came down with the flu. I guess that part of the joy of being a nanny and taking care of children when there sick. Gotta love it. So this week has been pretty rough hopefully next week will be better.             :-& sick
